Pet-friendly accommodation in Maxima Panorama

Dear guests!

Maxima Hotels hotel chain provides a service - Accommodation with pets.

We will be happy to accommodate pets weighing up to 7 kg and no more than 30 cm high. Do not forget to bring a veterinary passport with stamps of all necessary vaccinations, the validity of which is valid at the end of your stay in our hotels.

The cost of a pet's stay is 1,500 rubles. Additionally, you will need to make a refundable deposit of 5,000 rubles (the deposit is accepted only by bank card).

Highlights:

• One small pet (dog or cat) weighing up to 7 kg is allowed in the room.
• The owner must provide special veterinary documents (VET passport, health certificate).
• It is forbidden to live with fighting, service and hunting dogs.
• It is forbidden to be in a restaurant or on the territory surrounding a public catering place with an animal.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the room, in public areas, or on the premises. It is also forbidden to comb cats and dogs in the room, bathe in the shower and use hotel bathroom accessories for pet care.
• The owner must have feeding and water bowls, a special mat and hygiene bags with him.
• During regular cleaning, the owner is obliged to take the animal out of the room.
• In any public places outside the room, the pet must be on a leash or in its arms (in a carrier cage).
• The responsibility for cleaning the animal in the room and on the territory during the stay lies entirely with its owner.
• Pre-booking of a room is mandatory for staying with a pet.
• A guest may be refused accommodation with a pet if the behavioral or exterior requirements do not comply with the rules.
